Order Processing Time

At CozZy Glow, we prioritize keeping shipping costs low and ensuring a smooth fulfillment process. Our total fulfillment and shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door.

Tracking Order

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We'll then begin fulfilling your order, and you’ll receive a fulfillment notification with a tracking number as soon as it's available. 

We strive to keep you informed every step of the way and are committed to providing the best possible experience.

Multi-Product Orders

To ensure the fastest possible processing times, orders that contain various products with all have each item shipped out individually. 

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

We would require a physical address instead of a PO Box. We will not ship out your order until the address is changed to a commercial or residential address. CozZy Glow is not responsible for delays once a package has been sent out for delivery.

Late Delivery, Package Lost, Missing items

In the event that your package is tagged as late delivery and has been shipped, please note that once the order has been shipped and in transit, any unforeseen delays - our hands are tied, and we no longer have control of the package. Please contact the courier for assistance and other options.

If the package is lost, or status is delivered but not delivered, please contact the courier for assistance to file a claim. Secure the case number before ending the call.
