Damaged or Incomplete Products: Return Procedure

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at support@cozzyglow.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or missing items. -
Return Authorization:
Once our support team has reviewed your claim and authorized the return, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. -
Shipping the Return:
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original packaging. Please use a tracked shipping method and email us the tracking number once the item has been shipped. The return shipping cost will be at your expense. -
Refund Processing:
Upon confirmation that the returned product is on route and meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
